  • Practical and commercial viability

We will only recommend short-term occupation where it is genuine, legal, capable of being evidenced, and commercially sensible.

Part-occupation relief (Section 44A)

Where properties are partly occupied, we advise on statutory part-occupation relief under Section 44A of the Local Government Finance Act 1988.
