Thaiba is CPRA’s Senior Operations Manager, bringing structure, pace and a quietly formidable level of organisation to the firm. After completing her degree in Business Management, she built a career across marketing, operations and CRM management, gaining over five years’ experience in Rating where she specialises in streamlining processes and client administration. Known for her operational sharpness and ability to keep multiple teams aligned (usually without raising her voice), Thaiba ensures CPRA’s delivery runs efficiently, consistently and to a communication standard the surveyors now pretend they always upheld.
