Our fast-growing business is currently hiring full-time, part-time and consultant rating surveyors to join a highly successful and expanding team, with a fantastic reputation within the industry. Business Rates is CPRA’s largest department and the successful candidate must have a minimum of two years rating experience working for either the Valuation Office or a competitor. You will be confident working independently and reporting into our London HQ.
You will be motivated to achieve the best possible results for our clients by negotiating reductions in rateable value through the appeal process and if required, attending Valuation Tribunal. Support and ongoing training from our existing team of experienced RICS chartered surveyors and administration staff will be provided. You will be expected to manage between 50-250 live cases, have strong communication skills and provide detailed interim and final reports to both clients and your line manager.
