David leads CPRA from London and brings over 13 years’ experience in surveying, business strategy and property investment. Before founding CPRA, he worked within some of the world’s largest real estate consultancies, advising clients ranging from SMEs to major international portfolios. He created CPRA to deliver expert guidance with more transparency, stronger commercial reasoning and more integrity than the industry typically offers. Known for pairing a traditional approach with an almost worrying enthusiasm for processes and AI, David ensures every project is delivered with senior oversight, precision and care.
