Having joined his family’s firm in his teens, he has spent a lifetime navigating commercial agency, valuations, appeals and Rating complexities long before most surveyors had even discovered the joys of floor plans. Known for achieving exceptional savings, sharp commercial instincts and an encyclopaedic grasp of hospitality Rating matters, Michael helps clients cut through complexity and reliably spots opportunities that others tend to overlook.
